To manage your RoastPATH subscription plan visit the RoastPATH Portal.
Click "Settings" in the upper right of the page. Then under the "Roastery" dropdown on the settings page open the dropdown for your organization.
Next, make sure to have BOTH an email address and a physical address entered in the "Contact Information" section.
Once you have entered addresses in the Contact Information section, click "Plan & Billing".
To Change or Upgrade your plan click "Manage Subscription" or "View Plans" and then "Select" on the Plan & Billing page. Then select the plan type you want. Then if prompted enter your billing information and hit "Subscribe" or "Confirm".
