Greens

Greens are your raw materials—the foundational components of every coffee you roast. For each Green, you can record details such as:

• Country of origin
• Processing method
• Varietal
• Supplier
• Delivery dates

These serve as your building blocks for creating Coffees. For step-by-step instructions, see the article Adding Greens.

Coffee refers to the final roasted product created from one or more Greens.

• A single origin coffee uses one Green component.
• A blend combines multiple Greens.

All roast profile data—and eventually cupping notes—are associated with the Coffee and archived for future reference. To learn how to create Coffees, see the article Creating Coffees.
