Recording Fan, Fuel & Drum Speed

The Graph of Fan, Fuel and Drum Speed can be shown or hidden by clicking the grey bar along the bottom of the roast screen. Digital MCR Machines will record this information automatically as well as recording any setting adjustments automatically in the NOTEBOOK Panel.

The NOTEBOOK Panel can be found by clicking the Notepad Icon in the upper right of the RoastPATH Window. The Notebook automatically records Events and setting adjustments (digital machines only). The Notebook also allows you to manually record fuel, fan and drum speed adjustments as well as text notes. 

To manually record a text Note click on the Bean Temperature Curve at the time you wish to record the note. The minutes and seconds will automatically pre-fill with the selected time.

Alternatively, from the NOTEBOOK Panel click the Icon for your note type (fuel, fan, drum speed or text) and enter your setting/content. Inside the minute and second will automatically pre-fill with the current time. Digital Machines only allow text notes to be entered in this way. 

To edit or delete a note, select the note in the list and delete and edit buttons will appear.
