Is my roaster Roast Replay ready?

Currently, only the latest Mill City Roasters MCR Series coffee roasters are included in RoastPATH's Roast Replay functionality. The main difference between the latest and previous version of the MCR Series is detailed below.

Previous models that are not compatible with Roast Replay allowed users direct control over the fan and drum speed controls, the controlling buttons are directly connected to the fan and drum speed motor controllers. This control method scrolled the decimal value with no set increments as shown in the photo below. If your roaster scrolls your fan and drum speed Hz as shown below, your roaster will not be compatible with Roast Replay currently.

The latest MCR Series roasters that are compatible with Roast Replay are equipped with an expanded onboard PLC (industrial computer) that allows users to control the fan and drum in set increments as shown in the photo below. Please note, only some roaster firmware versions are compatible with Roast Replay, an update to your roaster may be necessary.
